A rejected withdrawal on x9999 usually means one of the following: the payment method details entered don't match your verified name (CNIC name mismatch with Easypaisa/bank account), KYC verification is incomplete or flagged, there are uncleared bonus wagering requirements, or a security review is in progress on your account. A wagering requirement (also called a rollover) is the total amount you need to bet before bonus funds can be withdrawn as cash. A 10x wagering requirement on a Rs 5,000 bonus means you need to place a total of Rs 50,000 in qualifying bets (Rs 5,000 × 10) before that bonus converts to withdrawable cash.
